He has appeared in television programs such as The X-Files and to date has had more than 200 tattoo artists work on him (as many as 23 at one time). Other highlights of this year?s festival include live music, fire spinners, pro wrestling, Mixed Martial Arts exhibits, tattoo contests, food, and more.

On November 18 and 19, to build momentum for the festival, festival producers with Folk City Tattoo and Twisted Ink magazine will attempt a world record for the longest tattoo session. Currently, Alessandro Bonacorsi of Italy is recognized by the Guinness Book of World Records for tattooing multiple people during a single session lasting 30 hours.
